Workshops & Group Programs

Professional Development & Workshops

Creative, experiential training for practitioners, schools and organisations.

About My Workshops

I offer professional development that blends creative processes, trauma‑informed practice and over two decades of clinical experience. Workshops are practical, reflective and grounded in real‑world therapeutic work. My workshops draw on the same principles that guide my therapeutic work — creativity, embodiment, trauma‑informed practice and soulful reflection.

Sessions are suitable for:

  • therapists and counsellors
  • school wellbeing teams
  • community and youth workers
  • organisations seeking staff wellbeing or reflective practice

Each workshop is designed to be engaging, accessible and immediately useful in practice.

Approach and Focus Areas

My workshops draw on:

  • art therapy and creative interventions
  • trauma‑informed practice
  • Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté)
  • Clay Field Therapy
  • Sandplay and symbolic processes
  • reflective and experiential learning
  • strengths‑based and relational approaches

Participants are invited to explore ideas through both discussion and hands‑on creative processes.

The Mandala Path: a journey of self-discovery through sacred circles

Mandalas have been used for centuries as a tool for mindfulness, creative expression, and self-awareness. A mandala is a circular shape, that symbolizes wholeness and the interconnectedness of all things.

The Mandala Path is a space to slow down, connect with the present moment, and explore your inner world through art therapy.

Each monthly session begins with a brief mindfulness practice to center your awareness, followed by the creation of mandalas. This process provides a meaningful way to connect with your inner world, giving space for new discoveries and creativity to emerge.
